About the event
The session is guided entirely in Italian (with occasional English support when needed), making it accessible for complete beginners while still engaging for A2+ learners. You’ll begin with a short vocabulary recap, flow through an hour of yoga, and close with reflection and discussion — making this both a wellness experience and a language workshop.

10:30 – 10:45 → Introductions & Vocabulary recap

10:45 – 11:45 → Italian-guided yoga
Enjoy a full hour of gentle yoga taught in Italian, with occasional English support if needed.
